We have fewer volunteers, but there are more people to serve than ever! We were downt to a bare minimum of 4 volunteers on the line yesterday, and they served more than 400 households! Our great volunteer Tirhas, stood handing out dry goods and produce all by herself all day yesterday. Thank you Tirhas! Come volunteer with us and help us serve our community. We had a great time Saturday morning, filming a video to include in our application for a grant from @loweshomeimprovement. Thanks to all who showed up! We had elected officials, volunteers, community supporters, and reps from @tukwilapd, @tukwilafd, the City of Tukwila, @tukwilachildrensfoundation, Tukwila Weekend SnackPack Program, African Community Housing & Development, the Rotary Club of SeaTac-Tukwila, and more! Can’t wait to see the final result!
